A local realtor and repeat client of Retex’s reached out at the beginning of April with a home needing some attention to its ridge cap and pipe collars. Later that afternoon, our Retex repair team fixed the ridge vent and replaced the pipe collars, sealing up the home’s roofing system. These photos show the before-and-after of the ridge cap fix.
