Client Review: Allan Kim Reflects On His New Retex Flat Roof
Allan Kim reached out to Retex at the beginning of September 2022 after noticing water staining on the ceiling in a few spots.
The roof over the section showing the water staining was a TPO flat roof, and upon inspection, our exterior expert Caleb Kammerling recommended adding a slight slope to the roof and replacing the flat roof altogether, due to its age and condition.
At the beginning of October, the Retex crew headed out to Midlothian, VA to replace Allan’s flat roof. Here’s what Allan wrote about his experience of working with us in his Google review:
