We replaced seven windows on the front of these clients’ home in Glen Allen, VA in mid-December. When a check with the final payment came in the mail, this note to our project manager was included.
The letter says:
“Caleb,
The windows look great. We are very happy with them. Please tell the men they did a great job. They were very professional + courteous.
Thank you,
Arlene + Martin”
