Our $175 inspection fee can bring a LOT of peace of mind for prospective homeowners, helping in the negotiation or planning and budgeting process for future home improvement projects. We provide our assessment of and recommendations for the roof, whether it's in need of repairs or replacement, as well as photos of any problem areas we find.
And, if you ultimately decide to go with Retex for any fixes or replacements, we discount the original inspection fee from your total invoice.
