Josh shared on the impacts location has on a roof replacement project; his advice on local market research during the planning and budgeting phase; and the lifespans of different roofing types. He also expressed the importance of balancing quality with cost:
“You could choose the cheapest quote you receive, but it may cost you more in money, time, and energy ultimately if the roof is improperly installed, if communication with your roofer is poor; or if the material you choose is of a cheaper quality.”
