When we first established Retex as a local roofing and home exterior business, we were firm in our mission to create a company that gives back to its community.


Reflecting on 2024, we’re pumped we’ve been able to keep up with our community service commitments, volunteering with MENO Recovery and Richmond’s Habitat for Humanity.

While coordinating 10+ schedules to fit on a single volunteer day has been challenging, any time we’re all able to make it to a team volunteer day inevitably leads to connections, relationships building, laughter, and team member bonding. And that’s the cherry on top of the joy of helping our local community.


We love our monthly volunteer days and additional ways we’ve been able to give back to our community, and we can’t wait to see what additional opportunities will present themselves in the new year.
