Midlothian homeowner Pablo Carpio reached out to Retex during the week between Christmas and New Years in 2022 to assess his roof after noticing a small water leak on the inside frame of his front door.

"I reached out to Retex Roofing & Exterior and 2 other roofing compan(ies) just before the Christmas and New Year holidays and Retex was the only one who responded right away to my request. I was given the earliest appointment available by Katelyn. I was notified of the  appointment the day before. On the day of the appointment, they called me to say that Mark will be arriving at 10:00 AM and he arrived at exactly 10:00 AM! He  checked the roof and told me the problem, showing me the pictures, and the solution to the problem. Caleb Hennon coordinated the repair. Before the week was over, their repair guys were able to fix the problem. They showed me what they did. The following day, it rained all day and there were no more leaks.
