This Chesterfield, VA homeowner reached out to Retex in March saying he knew part of his roof needed to be repaired, but he was thinking about a roof replacement as the roof was about 25 years old. During the roof assessment, Retex’s Mark Erickson found the roof had a double layer of shingles, sun blisters all over, shingles losing their adhesive binding, and nail pops occurring along the flashings. Because of its condition and age, he recommended a full roof replacement.


Less than two weeks later, this client was feeling very jolly with his new Retex roof. He chose Tamko Titan “Rustic Black” shingles.
