When this Mechanicsville homeowner reached out in mid-March last year, she shared that they were experiencing a couple leaks – one in the living room, one in the garage – and she thought the house was about 20-25 years old, with the original roof. When our exterior expert Mark Erickson stopped by to assess the roof, he and the homeowner agreed it was time to move forward with a full replacement.
