This North Chesterfield homeowner reached out to us in May 2022 after noticing a leak and some damp wood underneath the roof on her home’s addition. When Retex’s Mark Erickson went by to assess her roof, he noticed the back roof where she was experiencing an issue had a 1.5 slope – a.k.a., a flat roof pitch.
