This client first reached out in August 2021 for a roof repair on one of his rental properties in the Rosedale neighborhood of Richmond. We repaired the roof 3 days later.
Then, this client returned in April 2022 to replace the roof entirely. He chose Tamko Titan "Rustic Black" shingles.
