Teachers' Treats Initiative – October 2025
🎃 No tricks here — just treats for our local teachers!
Two of our company core values are to give back to our community and to support continued education. So RETEX’s Katelyn Lewis started the RETEX Teachers’ Treats initiative to support the local teachers and staff in our area as they work hard to educate our future leaders.
Since Sept. 26, Katelyn helped to stock the teachers’ lounges at 11 elementary schools: Guardian Christian Academy, Evergreen, Woolridge, Old Hundred, Crestwood, Clover HIll, Greenfield, Crenshaw, W.W. Gordon, Bettie Weaver, and Reams Road. Our love for our teachers has also spread to our Fredericksburg branch, where RETEX’s Caleb Kammerling stocked the teachers’ lounges at Brock Road and Salem Elementaries.
Our kind of classroom magic: treats, thanks, and community support. Thank you to all of the wonderful PTA leaders who helped make these dropoffs happen, and for the opportunity to pitch in and love on your teachers and staff.
