RETEX’s Josh Lewis received a referral from a member of his C12 group in April 2024 for the condos at Spinnaker Cove. Unfortunately, they were dealing with a bad contractor: They had hired someone to replace the roofs and siding for the three buildings, only to find out that the person they hired wasn’t licensed in Virginia and disappeared after accepting their deposit.
They had already purchased all the materials for the project, but needed a trusted contractor to install it all. Flash forward, and RETEX took care of the project for Spinnaker Cove.
We installed GAF HDZ architectural shingles for the sloped roofs; TPO membrane for the flat roofs; and Hardie Plank fiber cement siding. We also installed new hand railings where needed.
